  Excellent Stay

  Liked: The greeting on arrival from Louise and Ivan. Superb ambassadors for the hotel. Friendly, relaxed and nice to be around. Then the room was excellent and right next to the lift. Following on was dealing with Hannah B at reception who was excellent in sorting our extra night. Just a great experience.

  Liked: Staff were fantastic. Attentive and pleasant. Access to the small spa was a great

  Disliked: Price of the stay didn't reflect itself. The room was very noisy from partygoers on the street. I've been in nicer hotel rooms that were cheaper.

  Comfortable and great location. Check the room out!!!

  Liked: Its vibe. It feels friendly and boutique.

  Disliked: Room was quite small and although it was an 'upgrade' to club room it was still small and the window overlooked a wall.

  Great hotel in central Glasgow

  Liked: Room, staff, breakfast all excellent. Great location - very easy to walk to Central and Queen Street. Drinks in the bar were great. Breakfast very good with great range.

  Scottish roadtrip

  Liked: Great location, brilliant staff and quality hotel

  Disliked: Only issue was housekeeping didn't wash and clean our mugs

  Good hotel but few details must be improved

  Liked: The staff was very helpful and polite Good Location Nice Spa and comfortable bed

  Disliked: No water in the room The towels were not changed daily ( left wet hanging on the door and no radiator in the bathroom)
