  Very pleasant and helpful staff

  Liked: very good location for what we needed

  Disliked: Stayed 3 nights in double rooms, first night had extremely noisy plumbing, second night had very tint double bed. Paid extra for much more comfortable room third night

  Ok for a brief stay over

  Liked: *Great location for the botanical gardens *Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and the most perfect poached egg *Really friendly staff *Lovely hot shower *Not expensive

  Disliked: *Room very run down. Only 1 chair. Bed frame stained. One bedside lamp not working. Very stained walls *Very poor hospitality tray (just 2 ordinary tea bags). *Expensive parking (£14 for 3 hours) and very difficult to find parking on other streets

  Very good value in the hearth of Glasgow

  Liked: The room was suitable for my needs but then I am a minimalist. The temperature was perfect for me but then again I like cooler. The bed was perfectly suitable to sleep in and so was the bathroom for my everyday usage.

  Disliked: The bed was on wheels so it moved and danced around at the slightest movement. The shower mixer tap was reversed so the default position was pulled out/away from the wall and full pressure was close to the wall, opposite of the default.

  nice comfortable in a great location and easy access to the city either driving or with public trans

  Liked: The location was excellent for where i was working, the staff were very helpful and gave good reccomendations for evening meals local to the hotel, even suggestions of places for a drink and to watch sports on the tv. Breafast was great I had the 3 egg omlette which i very much enjoyed.
