Good
Great stay for a family, great location
Liked: Great apartment for a family of 5 of us. Had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with easy access to activities and food nearby. Parking was great, staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing
Good value for money!
Liked: Does the job, you get what you pay for. Plenty of availability, helpful staff, comfy stay and well located with parking.
Disliked: For the price, no complaints.
Perfect location for the Otley Run
Liked: We stayed here as a group of 6 to do the Otley Run. The location is fantastic for this, just a minutes walk from the first pub on the trail. The staff were lovely and communication was fast and friendly. The standard check-in time was 2.30-3pm however we arrived at 12pm and they had our rooms all ready and let us check-in then at no extra cost which was really kind! The rooms were clean & plenty of extra towels/blankets/pillows if needed.
Disliked: The only thing I was say with it being October was the rooms were quite cold so we tried to turn the radiators on but they didn't seem to come on at all so we had to use the extra blankets for bed. However, very early hours of the morning it felt warm so they must have been on a timer.
Great value with central location and free parking
Liked: Great location. Bus stop outside of hotel to get into the city £2, close to bars and restaurants. Room basic but for the price paid very good value.
Disliked: Not the fault of the hotel at all but the noise from people coming back to the hotel at night and early hours is a problem if you’re a light sleeper so take ear plugs. Room and bathroom dates but clean and tidy but the amount we paid can’t complain.
Liked: It was very clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful.
