Liked: All the staff that I interacted with were efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was not feeling great during my stay but everyone was very helpful.
Disliked: As I had not been well during the day Tuesday I had asked the housekeeper to arrange for my room to be cleaned after 7pm when I had to meet a client locally and knew I would have to be out of the room. Unfortunately this was not carried out and I returned to find nobody had been in to tidy, clean or even replace towels. It was not the end of the world - just would have been nice.
