Wonderful comfortable hotel, lovely welcoming staff
Liked: The staff went above and beyond for me, I felt for the first time ever staying hotels that I wanted to give a small gift to them, I was so appreciative.
Disliked: Lighting in room, not quite enough lights when needed, but not really a problem.

Usually great but disappointing this time
Liked: Great location have stayed here numerous times and know some of the rooms are great
Disliked: Stayed in 603 and it would hugely benefit from a few hours from a handyman - broken over bed light, broken pulls on the curtains plus some parts were just grubby. Stayed here about 5 times and this was the worst room by far. Was here at the start of the month and the lift was broken then too so to see it I repaired was disappointing.
Lifts broken and unpredictable

Disliked: Lifts were so unpredictable! One lift worked in three for our entire stay (staff told us this was a regular occurrence) proving especially difficult for people with limited mobility given the hotel has several upper floors.

Disliked: The fact i booked early check in and arranged prosecco for room on arrival as a surprise for my husband for wedding anniversary, room wasnt ready and prosecco wasnt organised.
