Terrible service and no help at all from staff

Disliked: Extremely poor service. No member of staff available at the front desk, the customer service contact number repeatedly provided an incorrect mobile number to contact, when I contacted this number the man who’s number it was did not have any idea about the property so was unable to help. When I advised the customer service of this they repeatedly said that is the correct number, despite me saying that it is incorrect and I have tried it multiple times. I ended up with no place to sleep and slept rough in my car during a storm as a result of this. I would avoid this property at all costs
Liked: Avoid!!!! Its a scam noone is there to let you in, Me and my friend travelled down from glasgow & noone is at the door to let you in i chapped and chapped and noone answered Im still trying to get a refund!!!

Disgraceful, nothing but a con job. Clearly set up to rip people off. Shame on you!

Disliked: Clearly a fraudulent operation. An extremely frustrating experience. I didnt get the key code from this booking. The person who runs the bookings heard me upstairs. And the weather was extremely wet so I had no choice but to book through Main Bethal page, which is THE SAME APARTMENT! It was a cold, wet day and the location is extremely problematic. There is no reception, nobody to speak to if you are having problems getting in. As it's a rough area, this operation is putting people in danger. There are drug users and extremely shady people around. And they don't even care. Nothing but hassle, and not even getting a key code once you've booked is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND DISGRACEFUL. Shame on the property. Booking.com, please close down this operation.

Absolutely abominable service which resulted in not being able to gain entry on 3 ocassions, please avoid this hotel
Liked: Had a car park
Disliked: Booked 3 consecutive weekends for work all at once, and couldn’t get into my room on any of them. No door code sent, no key box code sent, nobody answering the two numbers I was given. Have tried to get a refund and neither hotel nor Booking.com have helped so I’ve wasted £200 and have had had to book alternative hotels on all 3 weekends. Looking through reviews in hindsight other people have had the same. Area has prostitutes hanging around. AVOID!
