Liked: Nice place - close to our daughter's house (she's a student in Leeds). Clean and suited our needs. Lovey shower. Communication with landlord/management company is excellent. Easy to collect keys (as long as you use the right lock box - i.e. the one on the left not the right!)

Disliked: Would have liked a blind on the bathroom window as although it's frosted it still feels a bit exposed! Kitchen could do with one too. Also, more than one plate, cup, etc for each person would be handy.

Good place when I finally managed to get in: quiet at night but building work next door in daytime

Liked: The property was conveniently located for my purposes (access both to the Headingley area and the city centre via train), also clean and well equipped. Good value for money, with easy parking.

Disliked: Getting access was a big problem. The code for the key lockbox was supposed to be sent 3 hours ahead of my 4pm arrival. In the end I arrived at 6pm and still no email with the code. When I got temporarily locked out of email and internet access (crash on M1, coverage issues, etc), there was no other way of retrieving the code. The phone was answered by someone who finally offered to come round in person but happily I was able to retrieve the email and after a struggle with the lock box, gain access. An unnecessarily stressful experience.
