Exceptional
Fabulous apartment, great location
Liked: Very clean, close to city centre and bus station.
Disliked: A bit grubby at the area where key is located but renovations are under way
We were so comfortable we actually slept though our alarms🤪
Liked: We liked the fan, the color schemes, the decorations and everything we needed was provided before are arrival 😊
Disliked: Unfortunately due to it being summer it was quite warm in the apartment, but if would of been worse without the fans

Great value and location
Liked: Great location and spacious well equipped apartment. The host was really helpful and provided clear instructions on how to pick up the keys- there's even a video to show you 😀 The apartment is in a beautiful old building so it's not possible to open any windows but fans are provided which did help on a hot July night.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Location was great for the event we were attending. City Centre well within walking distance and for the main train station. Communication from host great albeit the instructions to access key safe and then apartment felt like a taskmaster task to complete once in the building
Disliked: Very hot within the apartment even with fans and black out curtains. So could not regulate or get any respite from the heat. Due to the building design the windows do not open, so access to air outside is not available.So felt very appressive. Heating control on the shower did not work. So again could not regulate water tempurature, so shower was extremely hot to the point you could be scalded. There was also no guide to assist with operating any of the utilities. i.e. washing machine, dishwasher, cooker etc. The building and other apartments appear to all be used as short term lets. As lots of thtough traffic at the keysafe area. Communal areas very untidy after late night revellers coming back from.the city centre.
Excellent & highly recommended
Liked: Superb location - Trafalgar Street car park is a couple of minutes away to walk, Wetherspoons/ First Direct Arena is 9 minutes from the actual apartment door [this includes getting in the lift]. Superb communication throughout & even a handy walkthrough video to explain how to collect the keys. Nice clean spacious apartment that has everything required for your stay.
Disliked: It could easily manage a larger bed rather than the standard double. No opening windows mean it lacks ventilation, there are a couple of fans that we had on constantly as it was a hot day. We struggled to connect the television to either the apartment or personal internet on the second day & gave up
