Good
Comfortable and convenient
Liked: There is lots of space and two en-suite bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the carpets are clean. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. The WiFi is great as is the choice on TV / Sky. The heating works really well. Parking is easy outside the property. Some people mention damp and mould but the windows open, there are extractors in each bathroom and there is just a small amount visible on the shower ceilings, it didn’t affect the general cleanliness and comfort of the flat.
Disliked: There were a couple of things not like in the photos - the sofa is not long, there are two shorter ones, and one has a broken arm. There are no table and chairs so you can’t all sit to eat and there are no chairs for the desks. I imagine this is not an issue for fewer people or overnights but we were a family, stayed a while and needed to work so had looked closely at photos to make sure it had what we needed, so that was a little disappointing.

Disliked: Had an overwhelming smell of damp. Kitchen cupboards, bedrooms, bathrooms. Used washing machine and clothes have a damp smell. Owner did come and bring a humidifier but it only worked so much
