Fabulous
Liked: House is great
Disliked: I stayed the wk before they told me there was a service engineer coming due to the boiler been broke he told them the boiler needs a few parts and its better to call ideal the boiler manufacturer. It worked for a couple of hrs and went down again luckily I used to be a boiler engineer myself and got it going again they said it would be sorted for my stay this wk but it wasn't. Shame because its a nice property and makes you wonder if its serviced every 12 months 🤔
Being your own cutlery!
Liked: Comfortable property within easy reach of city centre
Disliked: No cutlery or cooking utensils! Not even a teaspoon! I called the mobile number, left a voicemail, texted the mobile number and sent an email with absolutely no response or acknowledgement! Very poor customer service! The property looked clean ans comfortable on first arrival, however thw kitchen cupboards were full of food debris and crumbs, obviously not been wiped out and the carpets were quite heavily stained.
Liked: Good people stayed in Leeds load and this place is sound.
Disliked: Nothing
Fine for what we needed
Liked: Spacious property, close to where we needed to be, easy parking at front of house. Bedding was clean. Only a 1 night stay so it was manageable for what we needed.
Disliked: Double bed was very firm. Overall the house could do with a good clean. The shower screen hadn’t been cleaned, skirting boards, hoovering (there was a 5p on the rug which proved this), other peoples dirty laundry left behind sofa pillows. Kitchen cupboards need cleaning. No WiFi code we had to find the box and get it ourselves. Few touch ups here and there and it’ll be a 100 times better
Liked: Comfortable, spacious and convenient
Nice enough house, but wouldn’t stay again
Liked: Property is large and in a housing estate, very hard to find, and the on street parking was ok but not great. Our major issues were the ant infestation in the downstairs (especially the living room) which meant we were not comfortable using it after the first hour of being there.
Disliked: Ant infestation, sofa very uncomfortable, stairs incredibly steep not suitable for people with any mobility problems. No teaspoons at all.
