Fabulous
Lovely rooms and location
Liked: Lovely hotel. Beds were very comfy, rooms were very spacious and hotel was in such a good location.
Disliked: Parking was immensely expensive and so we had to park our car in a location 15 minutes away. Food menu was limited and different to the one on the website.
Liked: We got there at 12pm not only did they let us have our room straight away we were upgraded at no extra cost, would definitely stay there again
Disliked: N/A
Great location. Comfortable stay with great service
Liked: Location, Staff, Value
Disliked: Nothing
Excellent value, customer service, we wil return
Liked: Facilities Location
Disliked: Only con.. hard pillows
Ideal for what we needed
Liked: Location exactly what we wanted close to station but still easy walk into centre
Disliked: Price of breakfast
Good for families in a central location
Liked: Room size and comfort. Central location. Not noisy at all.
Disliked: Since the restaurant was busy (it has only a few tables and it was Friday night), we used a camera service and ordered online. Although the online order form said the food would take 20 minutes, it actually took about an hour. More clarity on the timing would be best.
