Disliked: The fact i have paid 240 pound and didnt even get a room to stay in..... they thn asked for a another payment of 175 to make a total of 415 pound and the room was advertised at 133 shocking bahavour would like a full refund been told no
Charged £179 to sit in a car park for five hours
Liked: Scam… he took £102 for the property at 430 them said he sent the link to pay £170 deposit so before I paid the deposit I looked at a Facebook group that gives feed back on stays… a good number of people was stating he does not return the deposit… he does not even offer an explanation on why deposit are not returned he just ignores you… how ever as a customer I feel i had the right to question this so i did ask what security I have in getting that deposit back due to suggestion he didn’t pay deposit back… he was rude and mannerless and I was told pay the deposit or lose your booking so at 430 I asked him for the link to pay the deposit he said he sent it at 420 I advised him I did not receive that link the police have confirmed this as my back has raised a fraudulent transaction against him, he then ignored me so I asked for the link another number of times and still went ignored.. by 9 at night I’m still sat in a car waiting for a response a lone women on her own next to a canal for five hours waiting…. at the finish I had to book another room where I then charged my phone and spoke to booking.com he then sent me the link to deposit but then took £77 from my card for that FREE secure parking. He provided false reservation numbers and told booking.com I didn’t turn up why lie if he has nothing to hide.. the man hides behind booking.com policy to commit fraud the bank are recalling that money to me as booking.com has been ignored by him too the police have taken it seriously as he can’t deny he took my money then ignored me mean that money then becomes stolen money as I didn’t get the service I paid for Please avoid this booking it’s a massive scam

I was on respite break and taking time for myself. But the facilities were very unpleasant

Disliked: The microwave didn’t work. The bathroom sink was blocked. The towel smelled like they were wet.the heating was broken in the bedroom
