Fabulous
Liked: Great location. Room was actually too hot for me! Great that the family rooms are available.
All the good sides of a good hotel but no gimmicks
Liked: Good bed, leafy setting, large room with armchairs, good cooked breakfast, feeling calm and spacious overall.
Worth the stay
Liked: Hotel had a lovely friebdly feel. Tucked away in quiet spot of headingly. Breakfast was goid quality. Staff are so friendly and helpful
Disliked: We liked it all, pillows slightly too hard for me but that is a very minor criticism
Comfortable for a quick stay with parking
Liked: It was a lovely quiet location and added bonus of parking. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Bath was lovely and fast running hot water.
Disliked: It could do with some updating, no USB outlets or many plug sockets near the bed, although an adaptor was kindly given by reception. Breakfast was ok, was included with our booking.
Perfect
Liked: Unusual
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: This is a consistently excellent hotel. My parents have stayed here many times, I have a few times too and it's always great. Convenient location in the heart of Headingley and easy to get into the centre of Leeds by bus. Friendly, accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, the cooked breakfast is a buffet but this is one of the only hotel buffet breakfasts in the country which actually stays hot. Great place.
Disliked: Nothing - I don't have a bad word to say about this excellent hotel - it's consistently great.
