Exceptional
Beautiful building but very basic accomodation
Liked: Fabulous location next to the hollies park. Kitchen well equipped.
Disliked: The shower area was dirty. Mirror and hairdryer in bedroom but no plug point near it. Small bedroom, so would be awkward doing hair. Plastic bucket dining seats. Very low sofa and chair.... I am short and partner 5.9 so not giants..Did not shower for work. Emailed the owner to advise cleanliness not acceptable and he was very angry and basically advised that checking out would be best option. Was also told no complaints in 3 years. How are the ladies drying their hair? I am not in the habit of complaining and travel very regularly for work. Given the complaint surely he should have visited and made good. He obviously lives locally as he advised he scrubbed the shower personally 🤣 k
A pleasant stay marred by a a few niggles
Liked: Well appointed apartment in a nice area of Leeds
Disliked: The flat was cold and austere when we arrived. It took a long time to heat at first. The front door needs wind proofing as it was very drafty. Also the shrub beside the parking space needs trimming!!
The perfect place for a comfortable stay in a beautiful Leeds suburb close to all amenities
Liked: Lovely apartment, well presented, fully-equipped, great local amenities. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay.
Disliked: Nothing
Adequate for what we wanted to do
Liked: It's was in a good position for meeting friends which is why we chose it. We appreciated the allocated car parking space. It had nice grounds and was quiet.
Disliked: It was classified as luxury, it wasn't. The range of cooking utensils was limited. The bathroom lacked space to put anything down. The shower especially. The next comment is personal. We are elderly and the seating is low. We found it difficult to get up from other the settee and chair.
Beautiful and peaceful property. Very clean also. Highly recommend

Liked: The beautiful setting and sound of the birds was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and well kept.
Disliked: We felt a bit cold. Couldn't quite get the heating set right and the weather really didn't help. This is going to sound very petty but the kitchen was well equip except for mugs/cups. There were three all of a different size and I love to use matching cups. As I say a bit petty unless you're a bit OCD.
