Good
Liked: Room good Bed comfortable
Disliked: Could do with a mirror near the windows.
Staff were lovely, bed was clean and very comfy, location was great value for money
Liked: Easy access from M1
Disliked: Could have nicer duvets on single beds
Liked: Price was good, staff were friendly. Room was clean.8
Disliked: No hair dryer in room. A bit further from centre than I thought.
Nice hotel, poor kitchen service
Disliked: Rude staff in the kitchen on Saturday night, we ordered 2 toasties and waited 35 minutes and still didn't receive them. I asked the guy from the kitchen where our food was but he seemed to not hear me and continued walking to the kitchen. There was a queue at the bar so I went to the kitchen door to ask again where our food was. He said we already had it (which we hadn't) so eventually he said he would make 2 more toasties. Then he said I shouldn't come to the kitchen, by this time the security guard had showed up to see what the problem was. I said there was no problem, I was just asking about my food. Our toasties arrived eventually, but it was just warm bread not really toasted at all, so it had obviously been rushed. When the kitchen guy brought our food, I said "thanks very much" and there was no apology for the delay or anything he just said again" you shouldn't come to the kitchen*... Over all very poor attitude and service from the kitchen. We will stay elsewhere next time.
Liked: Clean room. Good breakfast
The hotel was better than I expected
Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was just right. The hotel was also very quiet and check in was easy.
Disliked: The only downside was that I thought that the hotel was closer to the centre but that’s my own fault. However it was easy enough to book a taxi which was reasonable during the day but in the evening was over double the price.
