Guest reviews
Pleasant
Stayed for UKREiiF so the fact that the landlord honoured our original booking was a massive comfort
Liked: Difficult check in due to lack of clarity in fine print
Was not the most comfortable stay
Liked: Clean beds very warm
Disliked: Shabby needed attention
Very disappointed
Liked: It was a nightmare. The lock boxes are old and not in good conditions. The pin did not work on the first day. I kept calling and sent an email i did not get assistance. I ended up spending my night in a different hotel, spending more money on a cab and the other hotel. I only had access to the place on the next day and even so i had to call to get direction on how to operate the lock box!
Disliked: Someone to answer the phone! The flat was extremely cold and the heater in the living room took 3 hours to start warming up the place. The shower is a a discuter. No consistent warm water, it is a mixture of very cold and very hot water, so difficult to enjoy the shower.
All the way from Canader
Liked: I LOVED all the natural light from the skylights
Good
