  Disappointed for the price

  Liked: The hosts were very communicative and the entry was explained with lots of information. There was a message I got about paying a separate deposit to a different link. Glad I questioned it as i think it was just an error in the messaging. The host apologised for the mix up but it did add stress on the day of travel.

  Disliked: It’s way too hot in the apartment (no opening windows) appreciate the fans and air con units but it’s not enough unfortunately - it needs a built in system. The shower needs a deep clean, there was a ball of bedding under the bed for the sofa bed. Not sure if clean or not. There was an old hat/ rag down the side of my bed and it didn’t look vacuumed. I know the cleaners were there as we dropped off bags early but there was no attention to basic presentation, it’s like they did half a job.

  Liked: Fantastic location, top facilities and attentive hosts

  Disliked: Apartment was too hot, but the hosts had AC units in place. Didn't realise you had to put ice in so first night was uncomfortable. Messaged the host and they explained what to do and other 2 nights much better.

  Team amazing. Apartment dangerously high temperature

  Liked: Fabulous location. Management team were amazing and got back really quickly trying really hard to solve the issues we faced with the ventilation. They could not have tried more. Team were superb apartment was not.

  Disliked: There are no windows, no ventilation. Two small fans (not air conditioning) insufficient for size of property. Temp was low 20 outside but the temperature in the glass box never fell below 30 degrees. It was unbearable and the lack of cold water in the showers meant we were all dripping with sweat the whole time we had to stay in the apartment. I can’t believe that it’s legal to have no ventilation in a bedroom? The sofa bed could sleep two children but not two adults so we had to use a camp bed we’d brought with us. It was an awful stay for us all. We tried to get a different apartment but none available. The idea of us all having a drink and eats together just wasn’t possible …we sat in sweat
