A good alternative to a hotel suite - great location, clean and spacious

Nice apartment but poor communication
Liked: Great location and well kitted/decorated apartment.
Disliked: Our apartment had no central heating or hot water and the staff never responded to our message about it. Fortunately they'd sent us the key information for both apartments by mistake, so we moved into the smaller apartment, but this didn't have a sofa bed so someone had to sleep on a small couch with no bedding. Even after our stay had ended we never heard back from them acknowledging our complaint.

We had lots of valuable items in the room so were very unhappy Early the next morning, the host knocked on the door to tell us they had made a mistake, and explained that they had text me to move rooms. I was on a night out and didnt see the text message. She told me i had no curtesy and that i should check my phone more ‘in the day and age’ she was very rude, blaming us for her mistake. She then said we had to hurry up and get out of the apartment as they had a group with nowhere to stay Me and my friends left feeling very upset, it ruined our stay. Stay away!! There are plenty more airbnbs in Leeds where the hosts know what they are doing
