Fabulous
Liked: Excellent location and great value for money, the coffee shop was great 👍
Disliked: Staff in the coffee shop were a bit abrupt
Great stay in Leeds visiting family
Liked: Love the Roomzzz in Leeds. Great location. Lovely and clean.
Disliked: Nobody to greet you.
Liked: Great location, handy for the train station and city centre. Studio was good everything you need and nice and warm.
Disliked: We asked a member of staff if we could have some tea/coffee refills for the morning which she seemed more than happy to get for us however they never arrrived and there was'nt any other staff members on site to ask.
Brilliant hotel- value for money
Liked: Loved the apartment. Spacious, modern, comfortable and central location.
Disliked: Not always manned. The check in system is by screen not through a person and the machine times out quickly so for an unfamiliar system, we were glad there happened to be someone on site to help us when programming the card timed out.
Good location, clean and comfortable
Liked: The size of the rooms, nice and clean. Almost everything you need your your stay
Disliked: We were promised unlimited coffee and a crossiant when we booked as part of our stay....that was a lie as the coffee shop below said it was only till 10am. But in they defence, the manager was there and he let us as it but felt uncomfortable as there were customers in there and we felt like we were beggars for asking what we were told we were entitled to.
A little gem in the City
Liked: An apartment suitable for a family and separate rooms with sufficient space for everyone.
Disliked: The headboard in the main bedroom does emit a smell.
