Liked: The location is good and nearby the city centre and the train station The flat is good and clean The communication with the owner good
Disliked: The fridge is not cold and the beds a bit old not comfortable. It is in the ground floor and there is some noise from the street
My boyfriend has trouble sleeping because of outside noise but the apartment itself was very nice
Liked: It was nice and clean, nicer than my own place
Disliked: No cutlery and didn’t realise how close to the pub it was so quite noisy

Disliked: Rotten food in fridge stank the property out we complained and was emptied next day but but no discount or reply to my emails Front door lock broken, bedroom door wouldn’t close,tepid hot water with broken shower unit very poor hot water flow, terrible beds, dirty pillow cases, mould on extractor fan in bathroom that didn’t work. Television handset broken. Very very disappointed with flat and even more so with emails being ignored and asking for 5 star review.

Disliked: Noisy location and other tenants, some damages in the property, fire alarm set off at 10pm and was on until nearly midnight as there’s no on site staff

Liked: The bedrooms and beds are a good size, and the open kitchen and living room downstairs make the space feel big and decent.
Disliked: The property is located far from the street, and you have to carry your bags about half a mile, including stairs. When I arrived, I discovered the door had issues locking properly. Inside, the place hadn't been cleaned—there were five huge bags of rubbish in the middle of the room, and the upstairs bedroom had used sheets, like someone had already slept in the bed. I contacted the property service and they sent a cleaner around 10 PM, who spent about an hour just getting the bedrooms into usable condition. The next morning, I tried to take a shower only to find it wasn’t working. I chased the property management again, but my messages went unanswered.

Liked: The apartment is absolutely delightful! It has everything you could need, and the location is fantastic—just a stone's throw away from the city centre. The check-in process is always a breeze, and Keia is very prompt in her responses and incredibly helpful!
Disliked: Prices can be high depending on the week tho still worth it.
