Good
Liked: Being central & close to the arena
Nice and convenient for city centre
Liked: Was bang in the middle of the centre of Leeds, short walk from the train station
Disliked: Starting to look a little dated, minor water damage around the sink, dusty skirting boards in the bathroom, but nothing major. Did notice a strong smell of weed when we got back to the flat late at night, but not the owners fault, was coming from a neighbours flat
Excellent just and setting
Liked: Central clean tidy very helpful host and security guy
Disliked: Everything we could possibly need
Perfect place to stay
Liked: It was clean and very well equipped.
Liked: The location is superb and the host was friendly and welcoming throughout. Check-in was smooth and the property itself was spotlessly clean with basic toiletries provided (a small touch that's always appreciated). The bed was comfortable, and while the sofa was less so, it didn't really affect our stay.
Disliked: The only minor downside was some noise from the street late at night, though this is fairly expected for a city centre location. Not something I'd hold against the property.
Very good
Liked: Very central, easy access to everything.
Disliked: I find it too cold. There were some items that needed fixing.. like a toilet flush for example..
