Pleasant
Never again!
Liked: Location. Staff helpful when we arrived.
Disliked: Noisy people next to us partied all night until about 5.30am. Very little sleep. Torn shower curtain, wallpaper falling off the walls and ceiling, filfy carpet.. no idea what the pattern was. You needed a wrench to turn the taps on and off. Mattress very hard. It's been a lesson learned... you get what you pay for... and worse! We didn't stay for breakfast. We just wanted to go home

Disliked: The room, the TV didn’t work, the water was barely warm,bedside light didn’t work, the carpet was old and dirty, the paint was chipping off the wall and the uUPVC window had two pieces wood screwed on to enable closure.Generally felt unclean.
Not my cup of rea
Liked: Close to area i needed to visit. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms were dirty with cob webs and dust. Kettle had film in it could not use it. Shower didn't have a hand rail to help get out of bath.
Overall it was good value for what we paid
Liked: Staff were very welcoming and helpful in arranging taxis. Room was warm. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of cereals, orange juice, tea and coffee. Toast available. Full English went down a treat. Good value.
Disliked: Although the room was ok, only one tap worked in the bathroom sink. We never reported the situation we managed. We never tried the shower.
Handy for airport
Liked: Location was good, Mark was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Plenty space to park
Disliked: The whole place is very tired looking. Loose tiles on bathroom floor. The room was very dusty. There was a strong smell of dope on the stairway.
I’m happy with my stay
Liked: Car park behind hotel great for Headingley stadium. Has character. Breakfast available kettle and assortment of drinks in room tv ironing board etc too. Bed comfy
Disliked: Be nice if a lift was available.
