Good
Liked: The house was big especially the kitchen
Disliked: there wasn't the guest welcome basket like:water,biscuits,sugar,milk,tea and coffe
Liked: Clean. Lots of bedrooms.
Disliked: Downstairs room the blinds didn’t cover the window. The double mattress was on a single base.
Dirty bed sheets and potential fire hazard
Liked: The size was good and parking was a bonus
Disliked: The bed covers all smelt like they had been used before. One bed had lipstick smears and bodily fluid stains, another bed had blood stains. The floors were dirty. There was no fire alarm battery and we were unable to open the back door. The downstairs bedroom has a broken blind.

Liked: Near to Leeds centre
Disliked: Lack of seating no soft furnishings only seats in whole house was 4 small kitchen chairs in kitchen area.
Host was very helpful and location was great
Liked: Drive parking, comfy beds
Disliked: Shower head doesn’t stay pointed straight, had to hold. Says two car drive but is small with restricted entrance so would have to be two small cars
Could do better
Liked: The location is great. Have enough rooms for 6 adults. You can’t find better at this price.
Disliked: The water pressure of the bathroom was not high enough. Could mark the price higher if do some refurbishment. Would be great if have some fans in summer.
