  We will be back

  Liked: Staff were very efficient in the breakfast room keeping tables cleared and food topped up regularly.reception staff welcomed us as returning guests and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing break.

  Great value, location and clean hotel, just a bit noisy nearby

  Liked: Great location for the Utilita Arena. Comfy beds and great shower.

  Disliked: We were in room 511 and unfortunately there was a lot noise from the Showbar across the road until about 3am.

  Perfect - very comfortable and clean

  Liked: Location great but room was amazing, very modern and clean!

  Disliked: The only thing I can comment on is that there was no kettle in the room but only stayed one night so wasn’t an issue to us!

  Liked: Clean, spotless room. Perfect location for requirements. Price was low but quality was very high. Friendly and happy staff at the front desk and restaurant. Decor was pleasant and relaxing, the lobby itself was quite grand, very unexpected considering how low the prices were.
