  Communication was pathetic the apartment was comfortable and clean

  Liked: I liked that I had my own space. I fell in love once a fan was delivered. The property inside temperature never dropped below 26deg with the fan on 24/7. 2 fans would have made a bigger difference. The day of arrival the room temperature was 32.5 degrees

  Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I was not given the correct PIN code and sat on the street for 45 minutes in the temperature of 37 deg. I didn’t like to “number you have called is not receiving calls right now please try again later”. My email with the correct code arrived the day before I was due to leave. I booked and paid £20 for an early arrival and didn’t get in early.

  Expensive for what it is and very uncomfortable during hot weather

  Liked: The flat was clean and in a convenient location, and we had no problems getting in.

  Disliked: We felt that the flat was quite expensive for what it was - basic is fine but then you want to be paying a basic rate. The main problem was that we visited during the June 2026 heatwave and the flat (which is upstairs and therefore extra warm) had no fan nor an ice tray in the freezer. The bedroom window also didn't open very far (although I appreciate that may be for safety reasons). I messaged on the first night to check if there was a fan stored somewhere I hadn't found but received no reply.

  Nice and had everything we needed

  Liked: Convenient for local supermarket and Salisbury centre. Place small but had everything we needed. Layout could have been improved, i.e. seating and where the double bed was. On the whole great. Big thank you Alice for the help on the first day.

  Disliked: Parking, not so good, very narrow lanes to get to the house and the parking though private was off an access road to the sides of the houses and well used.

  Liked: Had all necessary appliances

  Disliked: I ended up leaving early. The shower is borderline unusable, the head spurts water out in all directions and it's impossible to stand under it without getting waterboarded - since I visited during the heatwave, after the second day I honestly just got sick of not being able to shower, so I left. The wifi was awful, which made the TV unusable, I couldn't even stream a YT video on my laptop, let alone take calls and meetings for work. When I used the oven there was an overwhelming smell of warmed plastic or chemicals, which was unpleasant but it didn't affect the food cooked in it. Lock on front door is also sticky.

  Disappointing stay

  Liked: Good location Good shower Comfortable double bed Good kitchen

  Disliked: Glitzy curtains were ok but the decor/paintwork was very shabby in contrast. Chips of paint on skirting boards. Bedroom & living room in need of repainting, grubby marks on walls. Emails received prior to our arrival were very unfriendly in places, stating 'Please come & go quietly! & antisocial behaviour is not tolerated & we will be asked to leave', We do not allow illegal activities. You will be asked to leave with NO REFUND', Which we found insulting & hostile. We booked the apartment because we wanted a 2 bed arrangement. We were aware iit had a double bed & sofa bed. Linen provided is stated on the details. The email states 'Towels, bedding & shower gel are all provided'. The shower gel dispenser was empty. We did not receive a welcome pack as promised on an email. We could not find bedding when we went to set-up the sofa bed at bedtime, so sent a message to management. We received a reply a while later saying that they no longer provide linen for it & asked where we had seen it on the ad. We were given a code for a locked cupboard where linen is stored & told there might be a duvet in the wardrobe. The duvet was stained & the code for the lock did not work. We phoned the contact no given but it was unobtainable & it was too late to continue messaging & wait for a reply, So the sofa bed was used without bedding, except for a stained duvet without a cover. The following morning we messaged to say that the code did not work. They apologised saying that they had given the wrong code & then gave us the correct code. We opened it & found bedding for the 2nd night. If linen is not provided for the sofa bed, we would expect it to be stated on the details. It was an overall disappointing stay.
