  Value for money and friendly, welcoming staff

  Stayed in better but also stayed in worse

  Liked: Excellent location, great price, clean sheets and a really comfy bed. Lovely, friendly helpful staff.

  Disliked: Dodgy electrical items, blocked up sink, communal toilet all the way down a long hallway, next doors door seemed very difficult to close and shook the wall behind our bed when they did, needed a really good clean.

  Liked: Satisfied with staff, who was very friendly, and the position, close to the city center, with parking nearby. The city center is easily accessible on foot from both.

  You really have to give attention to cleanliness and the plumbing. Other than that you have a gem

  Disliked: 1. Carpets were very dirty 2. Basin drain blocked 3. Shower did not heat sufficiently 4. Room heating only worked for one of the 4 days I stayed there
