  Great location and friendly staff. With off-street parking

  Liked: Very central location for all the sites and off-street parking at a reasonable cost. The staff were very friendly especially at breakfast. My privilege room was well-appointed and the bathroom was clean and appeared newly decorated. I didn’t experience dinner but the breakfast had all the usual items on offer.

  Disliked: The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items and the staff were very welcoming. I did feel however that the room needed attention and decorating. It was old and very tired looking. Perhaps it’s next on the list to be updated. As other parts of the Hotel looked relatively newly furnished.

  Liked: Good location. Parking available

  Disliked: No elevator. We were on the second floor so it’s a bit of a slog up the stairs with suitcases.

  Liked: The hotel organised a meal in a private room for our group and so much attention to detail was evident in the planning- very impressive! Plus the food was delicious and perfectly served. Staff were very helpful in helping with my luggage as there is no lift- completely understandable in a building of this age. The location is excellent in the centre of Salisbury.

  Disliked: No gripes really although perhaps a little pricey for a small single room. That said it was well appointed and just as per the photograph.

  Amazing wedding anniversary

  Liked: Staff were amazing, room was great with outdoor balcony, went for our 20th wedding anniversary, memories forever.

  Nice hotel in Salisbury

  Liked: Location is good for both cathedral and the center of town. Clean, moderately comfy beds (if you're shaped like a banana), nice smelling shower gels, friendly staff, cozy rooms and on site parking just around back. Nice hotel, would come again!

In December, Christmas parties take place in the hotel almost every night and there are nightclubs running until midnight. Therefore, the hotel restaurant will close for the month and no dinner will be available.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
