Very good
Great overnight stay would definitely return
Liked: Lovely room, nice hotel with lovely bar and lounge area. Great breakfast and super helpful staff. Very good location with car parking.
Disliked: We would have welcomed two pillows.
Pleasant stay - nothing delightful though
Liked: Pretty central to Salisbury and the hotel is pleasant enough. No major faults but it could do with modernising and I thought the hotel would have more character. It's a bit bland. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Staff are nice.
Disliked: I booked a room with a Super King-Sized bed and it wasn't. There was no parking available. Feels like a conference hotel which I wasn't expecting having looked at the website.
Liked: Staff came across very friendly. Modern room, great bed.
Disliked: Poor soundproofing - could hear all the noise outside; terrible car park (which we had to pay £10 per car for to get a 7pm to 530am spot).
Disappointing, very corporate and more focused on events than overnight guests
Liked: Location
Disliked: Lack and cost of parking, poor quality amenities including tea tray and bathroom facilities. Wasn’t expecting a buffet breakfast.
The stay was ok as expected
Disliked: Didn’t like the fact we had to pay for parking and could not get into the hotel car park on arrival because of 2 events taking place causing the car park to be full, we had to pay to park in a nearby car park before moving to the hotel later in the day, I think £10 for an overnight park is a little excessive to say the least, I’m pretty sure the guests for the funeral and conference didn’t have to pay to park
Liked: Stayed one night with my two boys during a short holiday in the West Country. Very comfortable room, lovely beds and extremely quiet considering how close it is to the town centre. Helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. The people on the table next to us at breakfast wanted something special and the chef made it for them. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Recommended!
