  OK-ish but not a luxury or amazing place to stay. A bit overpriced, too

  Liked: The flat is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. It is a short walking distance from an area with cafes and clubs. I got a nice email message from the managemnt company after check-out.

  Disliked: The flat is not luxury or stunning, the description is misleading. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or ice-cold. The door lock downstairs was very hard to operate, it took a lot of effort to open. The bedroom is tiny, a double bed barely fits. The kitchen occupies half of the living room, which is otherwise quite small. I wouldn't recommend this flat for couples with children. Also, I was under impression that there is an off-street parking in front of the property, but I don't think I could park there legally. There is paid parking several meters away, but it's not cheap.

  It was such a nice and clean place in the city centre. The host was very responsive

  Liked: The location is good. It's a short walk to the Civic centre, and the central library as well as parks.

  Disliked: I would like the landlord to provide a clothes hanger or a closet with the clothes hanger as I didn't know where to hang my coats or my shirts on.

  Liked: clean, comfty bed, perfect kitchen. A real home. The review is about a different (a bit larger) apartment of the same management from the one I booked for an unexpected pipe leak. Offered in alternative at the same cost, communication was excellent

  Disliked: the elevator was pretty scary, bit of a shining movie! air ventilation with no chance of opening windows

  Good value for money

  Liked: It's near the centre of Southampton and also close to Southampton Common. Very happy with our stay and would recommend if you are staying in Southampton Good wifi. The room and bed was comfortable and a decent lounge The Kitchen was also a nice size with all the appliances that we needed. The fridge and freezer was a good size too. The staff are also very responsive and refunded my deposit quickly.

  Disliked: No issues really but I'd recommend removing the desk, chair and chest of drawers from the room and putting in a cupboard rather. There wasn't any space to unpack clothing and we were there for 2 weeks.

  Liked: Bed was terrible low to the ground and because of the tiny bedroom no room get up either side. You gad to slide on from the end not good
