  I wouldn't stay here again

  Liked: The breakfast was disappointing. There was no cooked food, only like continental was available

  Liked: The staff was very kind, there were many good restaurants in the area

  Disliked: The facilities were not consistent with the price (based on other stays in Southampton). The doors to the bedroom and shared bathroom did not close very well.

  Ideally situated for Art Gallery, Museum, Parks, Shopping and Entertainment venues

  Liked: Brakfast was cereals, toast,spreads, fruit coacktail, yoghourt, juice, tea/coffee,ckes, snack bars. Really good location. 5 minute walk from Southampton Central Station. Friendly 'staff'. Oh, and a TV that switches itself on when you approach the window

  Disliked: Folding chair in room had a btoken back. Net curtain had rips in it. Easy fixes. Would have liked a cooked breakfast option

  Great location and easy walk to the city & railway station

  Liked: Great location - easy walking distance into the city and to the central railway station. "Kyra" who runs the guest house is very nice and helpful.
