  At least the water pressure was good

  Extremely disappointing and not fit to stay in

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. We checked in at around 5:40pm and were shocked by the condition of the accommodation. The property had a very strong, unpleasant smell throughout, was visibly dirty, and there was mould present. The overall cleanliness and condition were completely unacceptable and, in our opinion, the property was not in a livable or suitable condition. We did not feel comfortable staying there at all and ultimately had no choice but to leave rather than spend the night. This was especially frustrating given that we had booked the property expecting it to be clean, comfortable and suitable for guests. I would strongly recommend that the property is thoroughly cleaned, inspected and the mould and underlying issues are properly addressed before it is offered to guests again. Overall, a very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected from a Booking.com property.

  Disliked: No bedding for sofa bed. The windows in the bedroom were all locked tv didnt work no spoons to make a drink. The flat feels llike it needs a good clean and no glasses to drink from.

  Liked: Easy to access and decent size

  Disliked: The walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for ages, in the apartment i stayed at there is a constant flashing light which kept me and my partner up so we moved to the pull out bed. However there was so covers for the pull out mattress so at 2:30 in the morning we had to strip the main bed just to put it on the pull out bed to sleep and that was also extremely uncomfortable. The walls are very thin which means if you’re on the ground floor you can hear everything from upstairs and when people walk down the stairs it is extremely loud and disruptive.
