  Liked: The location is great. 15 mins walk to the high street.

  Disliked: It wasn't clean, especially the bathroom. Neither of the exhausts were functioning, kitchen and bathroom. The response time is like 48 hrs for the simplest of queries.

  Disliked: To be honest it was a mission to obtain the keys to the property we had to unlock the garage using a code, then walk into the garage underground where cars were parked to reach the bike shed that was locked, we used another code to unlock the shed then we needed to use another Code to unlock the blue box on the bike we then managed to get the key to the door of the apartment after walking to the apartment block we used the key to unlock the main door then another code was needed to get into the apartment. Then the day we left we needed to use another code to take the

  Liked: The place was smelling of spices, the fan extractor in the kitchen was not waorking and the toilet was not clean. The parking space was parked by someone and the residents kept asking us to move the car.

  Disappointing

  Liked: It's in a good location, the flat had everything you could need in face value but rough around the edges

  Disliked: - not enough hot water to bathe toddler - beds weren't set up properly 2 twins, not a king and cot for baby not up - lock to get into block broken so open, and anyone could walk in - staff came to leave towels and left the apartment door unlocked and open *visibly*
