  Liked: Good accommodation for a group with. 3 singles in one room and 2 in the other. Great location in nightclub district. Free parking for 1 car right outside was a brilliant benefit. Apartment building felt very secure.

  Disliked: Although a fan was provided it did nothing in the extreme heat. Sofas need replacing.

  Liked: Well located. Shops and shopping centre nearby. Parks nearby. The beds were comfortable, we had more beds than needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The sofas were comfortable. We chose to pay £20 for a later checkout.

  Disliked: Not sure, I think it was good enough. Good relationship quality-price.

  Nice modern apartment, suitable for our needs

  Liked: Central location, 20 mins walk to train station. 30 mins walk to St Mary's, Southampton Stadium. Great communication from host. Bright and modern, front door to street for ease of access throughout stay.

  Avoid until plumbing issue fixed

  Liked: It was spacious.

  Disliked: Instruction to access property was not clear, there was a plumbing issue above my bed and I realised at 11pm that my duvet and mattress were wet due to a leak above bed. Needless to say I could not sleep in the bed and had to share with my travel companion. A flat that sleeps 4 but really two considering the risk of ending up being drowned and has only two cups....
