  Disliked: The reservation was cancelled last minute by the property leaving us in a bind to find new accommodations on very short notice. Booking.com did not help us find anything else and did not respond

  Short stay to meet the cruise boat

  Liked: Very nice spacious rooms.

  Disliked: Checking in was difficult. Remote opening of the doors was problematic but we eventually worked it out. I would stay again if this issue is resolved.

Please inform Charles Hope Southampton Waterside in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

All guests must undergo an ID verification process and completion of our security deposit invoice. Guests are required to upload ID for all guests via a secure platform after booking. Please be advised that until these procedures are completed, we are unable to provide check-in information.

Note : Guest living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500
