  Quiet and well-presented

Liked: Quiet location, yet close to shops and town centre. Very clean and well-presented. Excellent communication. Useful manual.

Outside of the flat is filthy, full off rubbish. Inside renovation is not high standard

  Liked: Location

Disliked: Smallest bed, I ever slept. More like a child’s bed size than adult.,

Liked: The decor was very modern and the apartment was bright, airy and clean. The television was easy to use, the blackout curtains covered the entire windows and the space was a very good size. Smell-sensitive folks be aware there is a strong smell of perfume as there are various incense sticks and in-socket scent radiators that smell very strongly if you're sensitive.

Disliked: The shower had lots of different options for scolding hot or one for freezing cold. The toilet seat almost fell off every time you sat down and although its size is understandable, the sink is so small you get splashed. It would also be nice to have some sort of bedside lamp or corner lamp in one or both of the rooms, as it's either bright clinical top light or darkness, no mood lighting.

  Very good

Liked: Quite a central location and easy access to everything. Our original property had been cancelled due to previous occupants trashing the property. Replacement property was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Disliked: There were steep stairs to access the property and this was very difficult for taking heavy cases to the apartment. As we are elderly, ascending/descending the stairs was a cautious exercise. The showere floor was very slippery, so a bath mat is a must. The kitchen bench could perhaps have another power point, or a power board, near the sink/ window, as when using either the kettle or toaster, they have to be placed on the stove top, to use the power point behind the microwave.

  Very good

Liked: When we got the msg.that the Cozy cottage was inhabitable, and were pleased there was a place to stay close by on Thornbury Ave. We were very happy. Great location

Disliked: Would have been nice to have some close by restaurants on a list, so warm and we couldn't control the temperature. Maybe some dish clothes in the kitchen or towels just to dry your hands...g
