  Ok

  Liked: Great location, nice street. Close proximity to Sainsburys and restaurants in Portswood Rd. The flat has a good layout and potential. Bedding was nice and clean.

  Disliked: Rooms foe improvement- Propertys driveway is not looked after, has rubbish, rubble and tall weeds. Entrance stairwell smells mouldy, needs ventilation. Bathroom has some black mould in shower, needs deeper clean. Kitchen needs a tea towel, we had to use bath towels for everything and we had just 1 for each person. There was 1 breakfast bowl only. Shower water was lukewarm the last day despite boiler being on for more than an hour. Windows need maintenance. No wardrobes

  Good value self contained apartment close to amenities

  Liked: Clean and with comfortable beds. Good location walking distance to cafes and groceries. Parking off street.

  Disliked: No bath mat or hand towel and no tea towel provided. A few door handles and radiator required maintenance.

  Disappointing

  Liked: Location was good, not far from the station and supermarket.

  Disliked: The shower head did not fit in it's holder and was just laid in the bath, no plug for the bath either! Only 3 plates and no tea towel in the kitchen area for a family of four. Rules stated be quiet between 22.00 and 8.00 although the flat below were partying loudly at midnight, using vile language and talking about drug use. 4a.m someone was banging on the door of the flat below shouting a name to be let in! The following day we discovered eggs had been thrown at our car which was parked at the front of the property. Overall a horrible experience.
