  Disliked: The front facing rooms of the hotel are noisy from the passing traffic and brightly lit from the spotlights on the opposite ferry terminal. The supplied hotel soap in the bathrooms does not have a very nice fragrance.

  Excellent and comfortable

  Liked: Beautiful room. Excellent location amd staff were lovely, really helpful ans welcoming. Will definitely book again when cruising from Southampton. It was minutes to the terminal, and central to Southampton Town centre.

  Ennios

  Liked: The location is ideal as it's so close to the cruise terminal. There's parking out the back which was handy. The staff were friendly. The restaurant had delicious food. The room was clean.

  Disliked: We couldn't get the unit in Minerva room to blow out heated air, even with assistance from staff. The bed although comfortable seemed to be proud in the middle so you felt as if you were rolling towards the mattress edge.
