  Hilton utilita

  Liked: The location was good for us as we needed to be close to hedge end area. Staff were all polite

  Disliked: The room was expensive for the amenities. The balconies are a nice touch but the rooms are nothing special. The hotel was very busy and very noisy. We were put next door to a family with children and a young baby.. As a couple, We didn't really want to be woken up at 8am with the kids playing loudly on the balcony. Perhaps the hotel should think about families being put near each other and couples in a different area.

  Ok for 1 night stay

  Liked: Nice views from room

  Disliked: Took 20 minutes to check in Room was cold. Altered thermostat but nothing but in the middle of the night heating came on making it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast area was not big enough.fir the amount of people. Kept running out of food on buffet.

  Liked: Really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl. The room was comfortable, the food was very good, and everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

  Disliked: Nothing major to complain about. We had a really enjoyable stay overall.

  Liked: Lovely friwndly reception staff, Fabulous comfy bed, and linen. Warm and comfortable

  Disliked: Breakfast Dissapointing was well overcooked, though did go down at 10.30.and it finished at 11. Buffet breakfasts too much hassle for us. Prefer to be served. Hovering staff, felt rushed which was a shame.. Certain section of tables left uncleared the whole time we ate, when staff were free and restaurant empty. Can't understand why???

  We would definitely return

  Liked: The view over the cricket ground from the balcony was a very pleasant surprise. The room was very spacious, clean and met our needs. Breakfast was very good.

  Disliked: Breakfast area was congested but we navigated around that.

Kindly note there are no rooms on the ground floor. Rooms begin on the fourth floor, and can be accessed by a elevator.

Hotel guests will receive a discounted facility access rate of GBP 32 per person when booking a 1 hour treatment Monday–Thursday. Or GBP 42 per person when booking a 1 hour treatment Friday–Sunday.

15% discount is available for hotel guests for 1 hour treatments. Spa facility sessions are 09:00–13:30 and 14:00–18:00

Twilight packages Monday–Thursday GBP 32 per person or Friday–Sunday GBP 42 per person

These sessions are from 18:30–20:30 excluding Sunday which is 16:00–18:00.

A deposit may be required at the property.
