  A Comfortable Stay

Liked: The stay was comfortable, and all were good.

Disliked: The entrance area (approaching the front door) was a little dark; and the nearest bus stop and the Southampton Central Station are not that near to walk.

  Disappointing accommodation

Disliked: Our one-night stay in this accommodation was disappointing. The major complaint was the intolerable noise from other guests, continuing past midnight and starting again at 4.00 am in the morning. The location was not great, lots of street noise, no good eating places nearby (there is a Chinese restaurant across the road which we were not game to try, and a small convenience store up the road a little). Then there was the lack of small items which make a difference – no soap / shampoo in the shower, no choice of soft/hard pillows (just hard), no milk in the refrigerator, no power point near a desk / table to be able to use a computer. Bottles of water were provided and were on the dining table when we arrived. We never saw any host / caretaker. The door to the apartment and the entry door to the accommodation could only be shut by locking with the key, so if one of us went out, the other person had to be locked inside – very inconvenient and not very safe. Would not stay here again and would recommend.

Great stay lots of food options around. Would stay again

Liked: Plenty of room we stayed here the night before our cruise

Disliked: Nothing to complain about. One suggestion would be long life milk sachets to make a cuppa on arrival the shop which is 50 metres away was shut

Did not stay longer than 20 minutes, went and found alternative accommodation

  Liked: Was a good size

Disliked: Did not like options for parking. Also, when travel buddy sat on bed, within 5 minutes was itching all over
