Worst experience for the amount of money spent and I wanted a refund

Liked: There’s nothing to like about the place I see why the ratings are so low now never again

Disliked: The worst place I’ve ever stayed not one tv worked, people shouting and coming in and out at night all the time and constantly 3/4am slamming doors the constant smell of someone smoking weed too, staff where awful I brought up the fact the TVs didn’t work and they spoke poorly back to me as if they didn’t care at all and then called me a liar and said false accusations there was also no parking and a lot of the facilities they listed the room had they didn’t even have and the pictures didn’t even match the room I was staying in i.e different bed and the furniture in there was awful and broken and when I tried to get a refund the declined it being which I thought was bang out of order considering how bad it was

Disliked: Too many stairs to climb. It was in the attic! The mattress was lumpy. No WiFi and no TV. No plug in the sink to do the washing up.

  Passable

Liked: The studio flat was clean

Disliked: this is not an apartment, it is a studio flat; wifi didnt work, TV didnt work and also my network didnt work hence I spent most of the time after work, outside at a terrace and used the room only to sleep; I came to the Sth for Seawork exhibition hence it was essential to be able to rest after a long and busy day
