All staff reception, went the extra mile to help me during my stay. Cannot praise and thank them enough

Liked: So convenient for West Quay. Spacious reception and good parking.

Disliked: Thought the dining room and dining did not match up to what I quite expected from the hotel, enough choice but not outstanding.

Liked: I was there for cancer treatment. Unfortunately the pool was not available and hadn’t been for some time even though it didn’t say this so did not relax as much as wanted to plus the room upstairs was banging doors all the time.

  Disliked: NotSound proof
