  Satisfactory

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Shower good.

Disliked: The tassimo needs a good clean and damp issues a resolve. Carpet appears stained and needs a good clean or replace. Previous sweet wrapper behind bin and hair on shower tiles left me wondering level of cleanliness.

Would defo stay again if the need arose - had a good sleep and felt like very good value for money, I would invite it’s

Liked: We had a very short trip planned, so need a one night stay. Cant fault settle in at all. Very clean and well thought out - all we needed for a short stay. Property is a short taxi ride away from town centre - we went to westquay for food and getting taxis is very easy ( probably a longer walk than we would like but liked how quiet the area was ). Hosts kept in contact and checked in with us - so although self check in I felt like we had good level of contact.

Disliked: Room temperature was a little cool, contacted hosts who advised what to do but it seems may have been an issue we couldn’t fix, it wasn’t a major problem and I’m satisfied with how it was handled - appreciate we’re having a mild autumn and would prefer too cool to very hot.

Liked: Great decor, good quality bedding, easy check in. Good location, just 20 walk to Mayflower theatre, and off road parking included.

Disliked: The security light outside the window kept going on and off, but not a bother once asleep and blackout blind was in place.
