Very good
A brilliant, super-clean, well-proportioned and brilliantly equipped twin room with en-suite
Liked: This was the perfect no-frills stay for my son sitting an examination ten minutes' walk away. The twin room was ideally configured to give us both privacy (there is a large chest of drawers between the beds), and the en-suite was generously proportioned with a huge walk-in shower - this was a wonderful surprise. The room had a desk, which was very useful, and we were just a few steps away from the spotless and very well-equipped kitchen which had vast numbers of white goods and clearly caters to contractors needing to wash and dry clothes. We loved our window onto the garden, and the heating was warm. The only downside was the noise the metal-framed beds made when you move (a slight squeak) and the lack of a table lamp, although putting out the main light meant I had a rare early night. Monica was extremely communicative and very well-organised. Stay here and you are in experienced hands. The price was also sensational. If I had to return to the area I would book again without hesitation. Also, if you are driving, the house next door is on Just Park, which could not have been more convenient!

Liked: It was the cheapest option at the time. The room was basically a double bed, no fridge, no microwave. All amenities are shared including the kitchen and bathroom. Suitable for an overnight stay but not so much for anything longer than that.
Disliked: Sharing a bathroom and kitchen, the bedroom too small and outdated fittings. The building had at least 6 rooms and needed a re-paint and money spent on its appeal. At least 2km's from the rail station.
Liked: It was just as described, communication was brilliant and no complaints.
