  Liked: Very close to the hospital. Clean, warm and secure. Windows that opened.

  Disliked: Bed not terribly comfortable and slats beneath mattress collapsed easily.

  Never again! And to summarise no response from owner & Booking.com gave me a travel voucher for £8!!

  Liked: Near hospital If it is raining it is too far to walk. Do not stay at this place, it will make feel horrible before you have your operation.

  Disliked: The shower did not work, only cold water and the light in the bathroom only came on occasionally. So after no heating this overnight stay was probably the worst one I have ever experienced. Please refund my money! No response!

  Southampton Hospital lication

  Liked: Perfect location as visitor to Southampton University Hospital. I simply wanted a comfortable and clean place for maximum hospital visits, and this location served perfectly. Noted that room and bathroom well heated now that weather turned. Host was helpful over the phone.

  Disliked: Shared bathroom and toilet, but this I think was reflected in the modest price set.

  Excellent

  Liked: I was not sure whose food was whose so I forsake breakfast, the room was great except sitting on the toilet was a challenge (long legs) not your fault!!! I had a lovey walk to Rownhams care home, the position of your guest house was perfect.

  Disliked: very steep stairs. A Lift!!! I had a very sore knee but I managed, no complaints
