  Good location, spacious and parking included

  Liked: Very spacious kitchen/living area and free parking though not an allocated space, didn’t have any problems throughout our 4 day stay.

  Disliked: Would have preferred to know it was a ground floor flat as had to keep blinds closed as right next to public path

  Great stay in a convenient location

  Liked: Close to halls of residence of Southampton Uni. Safe and free parking

  Disliked: Had blinds but could also add curtains in bedrooms

  lovely little apartment in the right area

  Disliked: the smaller bedroom bed was not the best and the pillows could of been better

  Liked: It was centrally placed good parking and decent beds!

  Disliked: The microwave was completely eroded on its roof, clean but the constant plastic melting time after time is not only a health and safety hazard it's carcinogenic! Add in that the kettle leaks water all over the worktop, it's a pretty dangerous h&s risk. Flat 9 we stayed in. The trade off is the value for money for a family of 4 vs unsafe appliances. £50 to replace a microwave, just do that. £20 for a kettle. The rental rate will more than pay for these items and keep people safe. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Please note that Southampton Serviced Apartments operates a strict no-party policy, and the maximum occupancy is 6 people. Any booking breaking the strict no party policy will lose its deposit.

This property does not have a reception. Guests must provide a time of arrival when booking, to ensure that staff are available for check-in.

Apartments can only be booked for guests over the age of 30.

The property's entrance is on Beechmount Road, SO16 7EZ. The white building is a corner plot.

There are 2 car parks available for guests' use, at the front and back of the property.

Damages – The credit card given at the time of booking will be liable for any damages to the property. Please be aware that payments will be taken under the name: Heywood Homes UK Limited.

Please note that the 2 bed apartments have a double bed on each room and this is the bedding available for up to 4 people. If the bedding type isn't suitable for your party of 4 people, or you have more people, then you must inform us in advance that you need extra beds and pay an extra £25 per bed per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
