  Total scam

  Liked: I don't know, since none of the key safes had keys, there was someone else in my accommodation and I couldn't contact the owner.

  Disliked: Was an absolute shambles, the codes given didn't work and neither myself or booking.com couldn't reach them and then the booking was just cancelled!!! We were staying there as going to see take that and everywhere was pretty much booked so ended up paying six times as much! Booking.com were useless as well, never had a problem with them before but never had any issues either, they weren't helpful. Also the area this apartment in is not good at all it's very run down and lots of drunks and people using drugs quite openly.

  Nightmare stay

  Disliked: First of all, the photos were completely misleading. I paid for a modern, central, huge luxury apartment, but instead I found something that looked like a jail from Cambodia or South Africa. The location was very difficult to find. We contacted the host, who of course replied only after 30–40 minutes and directed us to the exact “Delux Apartment”. The main entrance is directly from St Mary’s Street, upstairs through a disgusting door. Upstairs we found a tiny ghetto-like room of maximum 15 square meters, with two single beds, an improvised kitchen, and a bathroom so horrible that you would rather wait for the rain outside to wash yourself than go inside to take a shower. After we told the hosts that the apartment did not look anything like the photos we paid £103 per night for and that we had been deceived, they kindly offered us another “modern deluxe huge apartment”, which of course we refused. We then booked another room elsewhere.
