  Disliked: This is FALSE advertising there’s nothing stunning about this property me and my husband arrived and was discusted it was actually a shared accommodation with 2 men we was told we couldn’t use the hot tub after 10pm which wasn’t stated in ad but it was actually so filthy we couldn’t use it anyway the bed looked like it was made from wooden pallets there was cameras everywhere even watching the hot tub me and my husband refused to stay there so had to drive 4 hours back home now the owner is refusing to give me my money back and booking.com aren’t very helpful there was no heating so the lady put 2 heaters on which wasn’t very helpful the curtains in the bedroom was stuck on the window with sellotape

  Exceptional Stay in Southampton

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay in Southampton! The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my visit. The accommodation was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The facilities exceeded my expectations. Everything I needed was readily available and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Please shower before using jacuzzi and use up-to an hour only at one time.

- Jacuzzi and Garden can not be used in the quite time from 10 PM till 8AM.

- Wash dishes after use and maintain general cleanliness in the house.

- No visitors and no party

- Property is not suitable for infants or children and does not have any facilities to accommodate infants and children. Accompanying children are sole responsibility of the guest not to left without adult supervision.

- Owners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

- Please return the bedroom key and key for main door as you leave; the cost of replacement keys will be charged.

- A surcharge per hour is applied for earlier than check-in time or later than check-out time. All requests for early arrival or late check out are subject to confirmation by the property.

- If the booking is for two Guest and wish to use the sofa bed along with the double bed, then they need to modify the booking for 3 Guest

- If the booking is for three Guest a sofa bed price was already included in the reservation price. Please note that the Sofa bed it is only for 1 person.

- For security reasons, there is a camera on the door ring bell facing the car parking, there is also a camera in the back of the property facing the hot tub.

- Please note that the hot tub/jacuzzi can be used up to 10PM.

- Streaming is available from your own account (Like: Netflix, etc.) and on your own device (Laptop, or Phone).

- No smoking or drinking while using the hot tub.

- Before using the hot tub please ask the owner about the operations and settings of hot tub.

- Please use sleepers while walking from the room to the hot tub to avoid the debris and the sand going into the hot tub.

- Please note that swimming customs are mandatory for all guests while using Jacuzzi area.

- Failure to adhere to house rules will result in owner's intervention and cancellation of reservation.
