  The worst as I never had, Bad and dangerous neighbourhood, fake description and irresponsive

  Liked: Nightmare. First of all I did not access the property as the Lockbox code provided wasn’t right, when I tried to call the property for help, he’s on voicemail. I was outside under the rain for an hour with people agressive and smoking marijuana. Above all I had to find an alternative accommodation he’s pretending that I stayed in and refuse a refund

  Access and communication - poorly managed by host resulting in no access

  Disliked: Despite booking through normal methods, pre and final payment in advance, we were not able to gain access to this property. The host completely failed to communicate in advance of any issues except for advising 2 days after scheduled arrival that the pre-arrival ID verification had not been completed and therefore we were ineligible. Note - the verification link provided did not allow access. Note also - we just completed 2 month self managed travel in Europe and UK with 15 accommodation bookings. Everything went smoothly except for this property. This is the reason for the very low scoring.

  Horrible experience, would not recommend this facility to anybody

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: It was absolutely filthy. We were told we could check in “around 3 PM“ when we got there at 2:30 the keys were in the box meaning it was ready for us to check in. Upon arrival, it was so bad I took photographs and sent to the property owners. I did complain to bookin.com but the ultimate response was that the owner said I checked in too early. Can only upload 4 photos but have so many more.
