Value for money, comfortable stay
Liked: Warm and welcoming. WiFi easy and efficient Well stocked with tea, coffee etc.
Disliked: Little noisy but not unmanageable.
Good en-suite rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Clean; good value
Liked: Helpful staff, seen in person (unusual these days!).
Disliked: both times I stayed I had to ask for the check-in details to be sent/resent. Perhaps a problem with booking.com?
Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The outside did look very run down where it was once a bar, but the room was great.

Disliked: No email received regarding key safe combinations had to phone the telephone number to get the codes.
Liked: Location was ideal. Room overlooked the river Itchen.
Disliked: Shame that the pub downstairs was closed.
Liked: Bed was comfortable and shower was good
Disliked: No manned reception no facilities for food
