Large tired space - needs serious revamp- update

Liked: Location was excellent for the conference we were in Southampton to attend. The space is large 5 bedrooms. Beds comfortable and clean. Space was clean.

Disliked: Multiple issues - we reported to the management company - but they were not resolved during our stay. Not the end of the world - but not really acceptable. Space is very tired. Main issues water coming through the ceiling from one bathroom (2nd floor) to another (1st floor) - reported - not fixed. Washing machine about to die - bearing very (very) noisy. Threadbare carpet on the stairs. Minimal level loop cheap carpet throughout - slack and wrinkled on most floors. No parking or WiFi instructions left for arrival - had to chase the management company. To be fair to the MC - they responded within a few hours with instructions on how to find the WiFi password and where to park. Very minimally furnished corporate space.

Stay was very nice. Parking was a bit confusing as was ts sure exactly what spot to park in

Liked: Size is nice as it’s large and spacious. Also liked the warmth of the property. Lots of rooms for everyone.

Disliked: There was a stale smell in the living room probably from previous occupants. Perhaps some spray to wipe down the sofas etc. A lot of stairs for me as I have bad knees.
